Still Reading Voraciously*!
On November 3, 2005, I did a podcast with Chelsea, one of our seventh graders, who had read 83 books at that time. I wanted to follow up with Chelsea to see how many books she has read as of today: 133! Chelsea has done an excellent job of keeping up with her reading log and carefully documenting her reading. When asked what her favorite book was thus far, she replied that she couldn't pick just one but would recommend:
Describing the plot of the book, she said that "even though it would never happen, it was very exciting and cool."
*By the way, check out the definition for the word "voracious" so you can add it to your vocabulary!
