Ms. Woolsey's class is currently working on Earthquakes. Students are to complete a fault 3-D project and two worksheets for homework.
Mrs.Davis's class is currently working on Earthquakes. Students began to work on there booklet projects in class today.
There is no homework.

Mrs. Davis's class finished chapter 4 this week. Today in class students were introduced to chapter 5 on Earthquakes. There is no homework.
Mr. Woosley's class took a chapter 4 test today in class. There is no homework.

Mrs. Davis's class continued with plate tectonics, section 4.5 . The students took notes in class.(Refer to Mrs. Davis's blog.) For homework the students are to complete pages 50-51 in their workbooks.(Students are to use their notes to answer the questions.) Students will be completing a study guide and preparing for a test on Thursday.
Mr. Woolsey's class continues with studying plate tectonics. Notes were taken and reviewed. Students were given worksheets to work on at home tonight that will be reviewed in class tomorrow. There will be a review in class for a test to be given later this week.

Mrs. Davis's continues to review and discuss sea floor spreading. Students are working on a sea floor spreading work activity. Items needed to be kept for turning in at the end of the section/chapter are:

Mr. Woolsey's class continues to review questions on page 129 (sea floor spreading). There is no homework for tonight.

Mrs. Davis's continues with chapter 4 (continental drift). Students reviewed and checked answers in their workbooks. Students took two column notes over pages 123-125 in their class book. Students will continue with this on Monday. There is no homework for friday.
Mr. Woolsey's class read pages 118 -122 in class and discussed the information (Drifting Continents). Students copied notes from the board. students began to work on a Pangea activity. There is no homework for Friday.

Mrs. Davis's class continues with discussing Pangaea. Students are to bring to class tomorrow their continent cut outs pasted onto the given construction paper for homework.
Mr. Woolsey's class continues with the three types of heat transfer (radiation, conduction, and convection). The students watched a video on the Earth's core and reviewed the three types of heat. Students are to make sure that they have completed pages 44 and 45 in their workbooks for tomorrow.

Mr. Woolsey's class finished reading sections 1 and 2 of chapter 4. The workbook answers were reviewed. There is no homework assignment.
