<description><![CDATA[<p>
Mr. Woolsey's class has started chapter 13 (Ocean Motions).  Students reviewed visuals of waves today in class.  For homework students are to complete workbook pages 153-155.
</p><p>
Mrs. Davis's class is currently on Chapter 13 sections 3 and 4.  In class today students checked workbook pages, completed and reviewed section 3 notes and completed an organizer on the three ocean zones.  To night's homework is to complete section 4 cloze notes.

In Mrs. Davis's class student's are studying Chapter 13 sections 1 and 2 at this time.  For homework tonight students are to complete  their Chapter  13 section 2 notes.  Students have also been incorporating the scientific method into their daily classes.

In Mr. Woolsey's class students are completing Chapter 12 sections 1 and 2.

Mrs. Davis's class will discuss "Clean-up Day" scheduled for Saturday the 3rd at 10:00 A.M. till 12:00 P.M.  In class the students are studying chapter 12 section 1:Water Treatment.  The students are to complete their notes over chapter 12.1 for homework.

Mr. Woolsey's class is currently working on projects that involve hydrology issues in areas of the world.  the students are working on lap tops and developing power points to present to the class.

Mrs. Davis reviewed the study guide for tomorrows test over chapter 11 sections 1,2, and 3.  Studnets should study for the test and make sure that they have the needed papers to turn in as their chapter 11 packet.

In Mrs. Davis's class the students are working in centers that involve topics about hydrology.  Students are to complete numbers 21 and 22 on page 134 in their workbook for homework tonight.

Mrs. Davis's class is continuing with studying chapter 3 (Rocks).  Students have been learning about the different types of rocks through discover activities conducted in class and class discussions/instruction.  Students need to begin  to study for a test that will be given next week.  Students are to complete the study guide for homework tonight.
<br />Also, students need to begin to make sure that they have all of their assignments that should be in their notebooks.

Mrs. Davis's class is continuing with the study of rocks.(Chapter 3).  Students today completed their notes on igneous rocks and watched a movie about rocks.  For homework students are to answer questions 15-16 on page 30 in their workbook.

Homework for Friday is to study for a test over chapter 7(sections1and 2) and chapter 8-1.  Students are to also turn in their study guide packet.

Mrs.Davis's class is continuing to work on Chapter seven sections 1 and 2.  Students conducted a lab on erosion today.  Homework assignment is worksheet 7.1.

Mr. Woolsey's class is currently working on chapter 7 sections 1 and 2.  The students went outside and collected different soil samples to examine in class.
