1. Review answers for discussion questions on Floods,Predicting Weather and Skills Lab (p. 590). Turned in the following assignments as one packet:

d. Interpreting Weather Maps - Skills Lab, p. 590 (1-7)
e. Weather Map

2. Took 17-3 - 17-4 Quiz.
3. Continued to work on Storm Safety brochures.

Homework

1. Begin your Daily Weather Log. Predict and monitor the weather for the next 5 days. Use what you've learned to predict various aspects of weather. Tune in to your local weather channel, TV or radio news station or use the internet to record the actual data on your weather log.

Reminder:

1. Check out the link on yesterday's blog for a cool site on how to predict weather and test your knowledge about it.

2. Post-test on Weather unit will be on Fri. 11/11. It will cover Ch. 15-17.
