Classwork (Wed. 2/22)

1. DEAR time and response to Skill of the Week (Author). JE #10.
2. Discuss expectations for observations on labs and responses to writing prompts about literature. Model an exemplary paper and a paper that needs improvement. Allow students to identify strengths and weaknesses of examples.
3. Groups submit outline of travel brochure.
4. Introduce "Science Vocabulary of the Week" (p. 5 & 6 today) and discuss its purpose.

Homework

1. Study for Chapter 20 test. Use all graphic organizers, notes, WB assignments and handouts for reference. Test is tomorrow.
2. Be sure to have your response to DEAR reading in your journals.
