Classwork
1. Analyzed data from popcorn experiment. Discussed relevant factors and variables such as time taken to pop each bag, cost of product and factors that impact it, and began calculations of %popped kernels and duds.
2. Reinforced the purpose of my blog entries and the importance of reading each line and following through with daily assignments.
3. Encouraged students to become independent thinkers and dedicate much more time to their studies.

Homework
1. Finish calculations for popcorn experiment(include a % average of each brand) and analyze all data & observations. Write down any trends, patterns or relationships noted.
2. Continue independent project investigations.
Reminder: This is an on-going assignment. Project is due Tues. Jan. 16.
