Welcome to 8th grade language arts!! If you think that your language arts experiences in the past have been painful and boring, think again! This year our class will be participating in speech presentations, researching interesting topics, delving into the secret and dark mind of Edgar Allan Poe, expository and persuasive writing, grammar fun, and much, much more!!! I am looking forward to having you in my class on Monday. The most important advice I can give my students is to be organized, engaged in the learning process, and achieve to be an independent learner. Let's have a great year!!
