The Mabry Symphony will rehearse this Thursday, April 27th. Please make certain all folders are at the rehearsal.

We will rehearse Lord of the Rings and attempt a run-through of Cross Creek. Please come prepared for both.

Please arrive at 7:50 so we may begin rehearsing at 8:00.

Attendance has NOT been good. Particularly in the Violin, String Bass and double reed sections. If you're not going to continue, please be courteous enough to let me know.

Due to scheduling conflicts and poor attendance, our Spring Concert, originally scheduled for 5/9, will have to be moved. I'm looking for a date ansd will let you know asap.

Come to the rehearsals!!

It'll be summer before we know it! But first we've got a couple VERY important activities. The Mabry Orchestra Spring Concert is May 4th at 7 p.m. in the theater at Mabry. Also, the Mabry Symphony will have a final performance on May 9th. The symphony will share the program with the 6th grade band that night.

Help find a time everyday for your musician to practice so they can feel good about ending the year strong!

Also, practice slips are due on Aril 17th (today) and again on May 22nd.

The Mabry Symphony will rehearse tomorrow morning (4/13) at 8AM in the orchestra room. Please arrive at 7:50 so we can begin rehearsing at 8. Make certain all music is in the orchestra room at the beginning of the rehearsal. We will rehearse Cross Creek. Please have that piece of music prepared.

Congratulations to seventh graders Rachel, Andy and Ruth (top) and eighth graders Gabbi, Marli and Katie for being chosen to be a part of the 2006 Cobb County Honor Orchestra.
