The 8th grade students will create a city from a bird's eye view. They will use a vanishing point, shading, proportion and overlapping to create this view.

The 7th grade students will do an art critique on a piece of art work of their choice. They will make a flip book using the 4 steps of art criticism.

Welcome to the last nine weeks of the 2007 school year. This week we will go over the class expectations and vocabulary.
We will also make portfolios and work on a non-objective painting using all the elements of art.

Portfolios will be sent home today ( 3/12 )with a check sheet. Please sign the check sheet and send it back Tuesday. Please keep the portfolio and art work.
