« Plans for Friday and the Weekend!!! | Main | More About Our French Food Fête »
Madame has been trying all weekend to post this! If you have tried to check the blog, MERCI!!! Madame will extend the due date for the teaching assignment. More details tomorrow. Since the document will not load, please read the following AND click "Continue reading..." to read the rest of the instructions for our food day.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) IT IS BEST TO BRING YOUR DISH IN A DISPOSABLE CONTAINER. If you need to keep your serving container, be sure to label it with your name.
2) Please PRE-CUT the food into sample-size portions.

3) Student must provide bowls or cups if making a soup or drink.
4) If the dish must be kept warm, students should arrange to have their dish delivered to school at the beginning of their French class. HEATING UP FOOD TAKES TOO LONG AND OUR CLASS PERIOD GOES BY SO FAST! You may bring a crock pot to plug in and keep your food warm if necessary.
5) Dishes that must be refrigerated or frozen may be taken to the kitchen at the beginning of the school day.
6) LABEL YOUR DISH WITH YOUR NAME AND THE CLASS PERIOD YOU HAVE FRENCH.
7) If your dish does not have to be refrigerated, bring your dish to the designated spot at the beginning of the school day. Madame will let you know where this place is before Friday.
8) Bring an index card labeled with your name, the dish you made and any interesting cultural information you learned about your dish, such as the country where the recipe originates and if the dish is eaten on special occasions, etc. (Additional information provided will add bonus points to your grade!)
9) Students will be responsible for cleaning up their dish and will assist cleaning our classroom at the end of each French class.
10) Madame provides paper products except for those who are making soups or drinks.
