72 - soixante-douze
73 - soixante-treize, etc.

91 - quatre-vingt-onze (80+11), etc.

Tomorrow, we will work on our country projects (7th period after quizzes). If you know your independent mini-topic, let Madame know tomorrow. If you have not selected your topic, you have until next Friday to pick one. Madame will RECHECK parent signatures for students who do not have their project sheet signed.

High numbers groups will present next week. BE READY TO GO ON TUESDAY WITH ALL PARTS OF YOUR PRESENTATION COMPLETE. Come in early Monday and Tuesday if you need to finish any preparations. Be sure that you have your Keynote/PowerPoint, tactile, written, Quia activities and your quiz ready.

Study for Monday's quizzes. One is similar to the worksheet you had for homework last night and we went over in class. The other is on the newly introduced vocabulary - study your notes and practice the activities on QUIA. Be sure that you can spell each new word and which indefinite article (un, une, or des) precedes each word.
Bon weekend et à lundi!

Complete the purple handout - one of next Monday's quizzes will be very similar to the exercises on the worksheet. Begin studying the new vocabulary from today's presentations AND be sure to learn each word's gender when you review.

The MLK holiday and 8th Grade Writing Assessment limit the work we can complete. Also, Madame will be attending a leadership activity Tuesday, so....
Mardi - Read print products about your country. If you finish before the end of class begin to brainstorm what you want your final product to look like.

Mercredi - Writing Assessment

Jeudi et Vendredi - Groups with Miscellaneous Vocabulary present.

Be sure to have your spiral notebook tomorrow and glue your calendar into this notebook by tomorrow's class. Review the new project handout with a parent, get his/her signature and show this to Madame by Thursday. Here is a copy of the handout to download if you lose the paper copy Madame provided you in class today.

Tomorrow's homework (due Friday) will be to go Quia and complete several review exercises. MORE ON THIS TOMORROW IN CLASS. BE SURE TO TAKE HOME YOUR LOG IN AND PASSWORD. You may come early to school Thursday or Friday if you cannot access Quia from home.

Students are to buy and bring to class a spiral notebook if they do not have one (which they really should have already!).

Also, be sure to read over the syllabus with your parents.

Please review our French syllabus. The only change that has been made regards homework and can be found in the section "No Work Left Behind." The last line which reads, "After the initial nine weeks of school, no late work will be accepted" has been added to the syllabus.
