Le renseignement de l'examen final - Final Exam Information

Bonjour mes élèves. J'espère que tout va bien. Vous me manquez beaucoup! I miss y'all! (In French, you literally say, "You are missed by me"!) I hope you are taking good care of Mrs. Johnson! Go to our Quia home page for exercises to practice for the final. There are 125 multiple choice questions. If you study your notes, you should do well. The test is divided into the following sections:

1. Choose the correct verb conjugation to match the subject. (A few answers will be the infinitive form of the verb - faites attention!)
2. Choose the best word or phrase to complete a sentence. Here's an example: Patrick ____ seize ans. (Your choices are "a,"est," or "va." Why is "a" the correct verb for this sentence? (Meaning is important in this section whereas in Section 1, you just have to be able to pick out the right verb ending.) Here's another sample question: Ça va_____. (Your choices are "oui," "bien," "bonjour." Which answer is correct?
3. Choose the correct past participle for the regular and irregular verbs we have studied this year.
4. Indicate whether the expression is positive, so-so (indifferent, okay), or negative. For example: C'est pas mal. Is this a positive, indifferent or negative response?
5. There are 10 numbers for which you have to choose the correctly spelled out version.
6. Choose the intruder. You will have four items and one does not belong, such as 3 foods and 1 drink or 3 months and 1 day of the week. Not hard!
7. Family - choose the correct relationship. For example: Qui est le père de ma soeur? (The answer is "mon père"! My sister's father is my father!!!)
8. Read a passage and answer questions. The questions and answers are in French, but the reading is a letter from a boy who describes what he likes to do, so you will be familiar with the words. Look back in the reading for the answers - they are there!

Étudiez bien! Bon travail!
