6th grade math

Today we began multiplying decimals. Everyone needs to practice their multiplication tables, and remember to 'save' a space when multiplying by numbers with two or more digits. We all know now that you count the numbers to the right of the decimals in the original problem and then count that many places from the end of our 'product'. HW tonight is in the workbook section 4-1 (Practice) #'s 7-12, 28 and 29 AND section 4-3( Practice) #'s 13 - 24 ODD only. We will have a short quiz on this tomorrow before we begin 'rounding' decimals and then review long division and finally dividing decimals.
