Students absent for the OWL Pellet lab on Friday should come Monday morning at 8:00 to make up the lab.
Tuesday we will finish the owl pellet lab and the remaining articles.

Post test on Science will be on May 21st.We are reviewing for the test in class.
We will finish our I-Movie Project next week.
Students will present their projects on May 14th .
We will work on the Owl pellet lab on Tuesday May 15th.
Field day:Wednesday: May 16th
Students will finish the remaining 8 articles on 17th and 18th in class.

We went outside to the park yesterday to classify ten living things. Students were asked to classify plants as Vascular and nonvascular and animals into mollusks, arthropods, worms and so on. They were given a classwork grade for it. We will be working on a Protist lab today and will continue working on it next week. On Thursday and Friday we talked about Vertebrates and Invertebrates.
Vertebrates: Mammals, Birds, Reptiles, Amphibians, Fish
Invertebrates: Sponges, Cnidarians, Echinoderms, Arthropods, Worms, and Mollusks.
Students wrote the characteristics,the type of reproduction and examples from each of the groups.
We will review all the chapters on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday.

The test on Ch 6 and 7 will be Apr 10th. The test will be multiple choice based on the questions from the review guide. The review guide was given to the students on Mar 26th and is due on Apr 9th (no exception).

I'am trying to grade the assignment for learning center as I receive them. By the weekend all the grades will be updated. It might say that some assignments are missing on I-parent for your child. It means that they have not done the activity yet or I have not graded their latest assignment.
