Today in class we completed warm up # 1. The question was, "What are the categories Protists are divided into?". The answer is plant like, Animal like and fungi like.

After the warm up, we talked about the four types of Protozoans (Animal like Protozoans). The first type is Protozoans with Psuedopods, such as Ameba's. The second is Protozoan with Flagella's. Third is Protozoan with Cilias, such as Paramecium. And last ones are the other Protozoans. The other Protozoans are usually Parasites. We were to take short notes on the section.

We read the chapter Ch 7: Sec 1. After reading the chapter we looked at Pond water, to find Protists.

Mrs. Kulkarni handed out our Notebook Quizzes. We recieved a new warm-up sheet and table of contents today.

Homework:
1) Bring a narrow-neck bottle. (Such as a soy sauce bottle)
2) Bring Balloons.
