Today in class we finished making the chia pets. Students who had finished the pets on Friday could see some growth on their pets. Hopefully in a few days all chia pets will be covered with grass. We have placed the pets in different locations to see the effect of light on grass growth.

In class we talked about Photosynthesis and students made a KWL chart which is #6 in their notebook. They also took 2 column notes on Photosynthesis (#7 in their notebook).We will talk about respiration and compare and contrast it with photosynthesis.
Warm up #4: Transport by proteins is an example of_______transport.

Reminder: Vocabulary assignment is due on Monday(Oct 2nd)
