Today we got into groups and divided the parts of the physical and political may of Australia that each person needs to learn. We also read chapter 7 in the Australia book. If you were absent today, you need to come in at 8:15, tomorrow, to read this chapter.
Make sure you take your Australia map home and Learn your part. We will be making an edible map of Australia on Friday, 5/18. You also need to tell your mom or dad what you signed up to bring to school on Friday.

The SS final will be on Tuesday, 5/22/07. Use your notebooks to help you study. Focus on the chapter quizzes.

6th Grade Field Day is tomorrow, 5/17/07. You must wear your team color in a T-shirt in order to participate in events. You should bring a beach towel to sit on, sunscreen, hats or visors, and plenty of water or sport drink to get through the morning and afternoon activities.
