The Ladder Tourney starts Monday, 10/24.
Safety First!! always be safe on/off courts. do not play recklessly or endanger yourself or classmates!
Remember your good Racquetball Etiquette that is essential for all of our Safety!
Be ready to start competition in class with your doubles team and to follow all ladder rules posted on whiteboard.
Teams are set and on name cards that will be randomly placed on our whiteboard by class period.
No-one is to touch ladder cards unless you are the winning team moving your card to a new winning place on ladder.
- You can only challenge teams 3 spots above you on ladder
- 1 team member should be designated as the verbal challenge partner, so both don't challenge different teams at same time
- You can only challenge teams that are not currently playing, and only if in your 3 spots above zone.
- You cannot refuse a challenge unless that team is out of your zone or you just played them last match.
- You cannot challenge the same team back to back.
- If partner is absent you can only sit out 1 day without playing or moving in ladder. If there are teams of 3 with an extra player you may ask if one of extra players will sub for your absent partner after checking with teacher.
- First come first serve with open courts; you must be watching for open courts while waiting for next match.
- See the whiteboard or Miss McCall for any Rules clarifications.
- Check PE blog daily for highlights and pics from tourney!
- Remember that if you don't have your I-movie/Pic form in from beginning of year you cannot have your pic posted on this blog. See Ms. McCall if you are not sure about form.
- Good Luck to all Teams!

Any student who hasn't picked up their flag football jersey needs to see Coach Graber ASAP to pick it up.

In the month of September participation was 843 students. This is great, but 512 of those were flag football participants. You guys know I love football, but our program has alot more to offer than just leagues. We have Basketball, racquetball, and team handball every week and many special events in the works. So come and join us on the other days of the week as well.
Hope to see you in the Gym!
