Ultimate Frisbee Unit Highlights:

• Frisbee Throwing Form & Technique-winding/coiling up arm and angle of release, and point of release
• Frisbee Catching- pancake 2-hand technique, or one-handed grabs
• Teamwork Passing- chain reaction/relay drills
• Rules & Strategies- bubbles, 5 seconds, 3-steps, no running w/frisbee, etc.
• Safety tips
• Fun, Fun, Fun Filming day- digital pics & video camera; recording tricks and games to be made into Highlight I-Movie!
• "The Ultimate Highlight Movie"- PE i-movie on ultimate frisbee unit. (see me if you want to help make movie)
