Using your inheritance grid, you must calculate the following:
- For each square that you built or "paved" over, you must multiply it by 3
- For each square that you altered the landscape but have left it in some form of vegetation, you must multiply by 2.
- For each square you left natural like you found it, you must count it as one point.
- For any squares that you used for an environmental enhancement (i.e. wetlands), you must multiply by -2.
- Total all of your points and bring in one "pollutant" for each point - must be something small like beans, cereal, rice, etc. The pollutants do not have to be all one thing. Bring to school Monday in a Baggie or container.
DO NOT CHANGE YOUR ORIGINAL PLAN!!!

Due to so many being absent with the band, I have postponed the labs. We are working on the Future City model today in class and will watch a Bill Nye video on wetlands tomorrow. All assigned homework is still due Friday.

Hi Mrs. Shockley!
Here are some links to information about getting hydrogen from seawater:

I found a big piece of plexiglass in the trash at SPSU. It's kinda grungy, but maybe the kids can use it.
I'm going to stop by Home Depot and see if I can get some scrap plywood.
See you Tuesday!
Scott
