Reminder: 7th grade Chorus Performance Evaluation Festival is Tuesday, March 8, 2005

You will need to come dressed in your concert attire to school that day. We need to depart the school at 9:15 a.m. so please try to get to school no later than 9:00 that day. Check in with your homeroom teacher first before reporting to the theater. Do not bring anything with you other than a jacket, if it is cold. All bookbags need to be left at school.

Remember to bring your bag lunch to school if you did not purchase the Chick-fil-a lunch earlier in the week. All permission forms are due no later than Friday, March 4, and you must have paid for your Chick-fil-a order no later than March 2. If you missed the deadline bring a sack lunch that day to eat when we get back to the school.

Thank you to the parents who have volunteered to chaperone this event. Chaperones need to report to the chorus room at 9:00 a.m. and then proceed to the theater to wait with the students. I do need one of you parents to drive so that after the group performs you can drive to the Sandy Plains Chick-fil-a to pick up our order and bring it back to the school. Please drop me a note if you would be willing to do this.I'll have a school check for you to take with you.
