2005 Honor Chorus Commitment Form (Please return ASAP)

My child, ____________________________, has been accepted into the GMEA District 12 Honor Chorus. I have read the attached letter and would like for him/her to participate in the 2005 Honor Chorus on November 18, 2005. I realize that he/she will need to be at the Friday evening rehearsal on November 17th at Kell High School from (5:30 – 9:00 p.m.) and the all day rehearsal/performance on November 18th beginning at 8:30 a.m. I will send the registration fee of $35.00 to Mabry MS in a white envelope marked Honor Chorus Registration. This covers the lunch, T-shirt and music for the concert. There are no refunds for those that commit to participate in these choruses. Student behavior will be exemplary as he/she will be representing Mabry MS. You will be required to make sure that your child has transportation to and from both dates of the rehearsals and performance November 17th & 18th. The November 18th concert is free and begins at 7:30 p.m. at Kell High School.
