Today students learned about tessellations and how to make them. They are creating their own tessellation with a holiday theme.
We will be finishing out tessellations in class and having AM.

Today we reviewed yesterday's classwork and then practiced solving One-Step Inequalities using fractions and decimals.
There is no written homework. However, students should beging studying for Chapter 5, Test 2, which will be on Tuesday. It will cover Sections 5-5,5-6, and 5-7.

Today we learned how to determine if statistics and/or graphs are misleading. Then we reviewed for our Chapter 4 test which will be tomorrow. BRING A CALCULATOR! YOU WILL NEED IT!

Students analyzed the different types of graphs today and identified their attributes. Then they determined which type of graph would be be used with different data and situations.

Today we completed a Venn Diagram comparing and contrasting bar graphs, histograms, and circle graphs. We also learned how to create a line graph.
