Welcome to the Write Spot!

Thank you for visiting your language arts blog today.

Today you will begin your research project and will be going to the media center. We are scheduled to do research in the media center for five days. Today, Mrs. Hendrix will inform you about the topic selection, the sources that are available to you, how to do fill out note cards, plus more!

In class, I will provide a large brown envelope for you to keep your research materials together.

You are to have 100 3X5 white note cards today. Your notecards should be in a Zip Lock Baggy.

(If you do not have a baggy at home, I have a few extras; you do not need to as your pareents to buy baggies. We will pool our resources for this requirement.)

You recorded the note card requirement in your agenda last week.

You will receive a calendar to record important dates and reading materials on the research process.
