Group One has boarded the buses and begun the journey back to Marietta. Group Two has safely arrived and already had their orientation class.
I would like to extend a special thank you to our chaperones for all of their hard and tireless work! And now our second expedition begins!

Here on our last day, we posed for a picture in front of the dining room. The poor students were being swarmed alive by gnats while getting in position for their picture. You can actually see one that flew just in front of the camera as I snapped the shot!

We made it here safely! School has never been more fun.
We Have Arrived!
Group One safely arrived at Jekyll Island at noon. The weather is cool but beautiful! Students have already enjoyed their first classes, including trips the salt marsh and slough. Tonight, students will embark on night hikes on the beach and search for bioluminescent plankton.
