Mabry School Council

The 2005-2006 school year marks the fourth year of Mabry's School Council, designed by HB 1187 to bring communities and schools closer together for school improvement. Our council meets four times a year (see attached yearly calendar) with Dr. Tyson, Mabry's principal; two elected parent representatives--Ms. Beth Morgan and Ms. Elysse Morrison; two elected teachers--Ms. Romaine Collins and Ms. Carmen Hartnett; and at least two members of the community--Dr. Michael Murphy of Southern Polytechnic University and Dr. Traci Redish of Kennesaw State University. Our thanks go to our members for their commitment to excellence at Mabry Middle School.
