Mrs. Graber
Mrs. Trellys Graber is one of our 7th grade math teachers. She has been teaching for 11 years, all of them at Mabry. She has received three degrees in Middle Grades Education: a Bachelor of Science Degree from The University of Georgia, a Masters Degree from Oglethorpe University, and a Specialist Degree from Mercer University. She is also certified in gifted education. Mrs. Graber was Teacher of the Year for the school year 2002-2003, and has been named to Who's Who Among America's Teachers.
Mrs. Graber continues to be faithful to The University of Georgia and the Georgia Bulldogs, which is apparent when you look in her classroom. During football season, she doesn't miss a Georgia football game, whether at the stadium or in front of her TV. She enjoys the rivalry with her husband, also a teacher at Mabry, who is faithful to Auburn University.
Mrs. Graber's favorite thing to do is spend time with her twin baby boys. She can't believe how fast they are growing. She also enjoys playing with her two dogs, Sugar and Mabry. Sugar is, of course, an English bulldog, and Mabry, a mix, was a gift from her students eight years ago. When the babies are a little older, Mrs. Graber plans on getting involved in ALTA again, as she loves to play tennis.
